Mental Health

I provide extensive mental health counseling for individuals to emphasize the importance of creating a plan that is molded just for you.

Populations I Serve

First Responders * Military * Healthcare Workers * PTSD * Athletes

EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from
traumatic or distressing experiences. By using bilateral stimulation while recalling difficult
memories, EMDR helps the brain reprocess these experiences so they become less emotionally
overwhelming. It is effective for treating PTSD, anxiety, grief, and other trauma-related
concerns.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a focused therapeutic approach that identifies and processes unresolved trauma and emotional distress stored in the brain and body. By locating specific eye positions associated with emotional activation, Brainspotting helps clients access deeper levels of healing beyond traditional talk therapy. It can be beneficial for trauma recovery, anxiety, performance enhancement, and emotional regulation.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based therapy that views the mind as made up of different "parts," each with its own role and purpose. Rather than eliminating difficult emotions or behaviors, IFS helps clients understand and heal the protective and wounded parts of themselves while strengthening their core sense of self. This approach can foster lasting emotional healing, self-compassion, and healthier relationships.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally paying attention to the present moment with
openness and without judgment. Through techniques such as breathing exercises, meditation, and body awareness, mindfulness helps individuals reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and develop greater resilience. It can be integrated into therapy to promote overall mental well-being and enhance coping skills.

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented treatment that helps
individuals recognize and change unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By developing
healthier thinking patterns and practical coping strategies, CBT can reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health concerns. It empowers clients with skills they can continue using long after therapy ends.

Intensives (minimum 2 hours)

I integrate all of these skills to provide the best process that is going to help you reach your goals.
